    Name: Aspirin

    IUPAC Name:  2-Acetoxybenzoic acid             

    Uses:

         1) Analgesic (Pain killer):- Aspirin is used to relieve from Headache (Including                          Migraine),toothache,joint pains etc.
         2) Antipyretic (reduces fever):-Used to treat high fever.
         3) Arthritis:-Used to treat Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis.
         4) Used to reduces the incidences of  Myocardial infaction.

    Adverse Drug Reaction:

    1)Nausea
    2)Vomiting
    3)Peptic ulcer
    4)Gastric mucosal damage
    5)Rashes
    6)Urticaria
    7)Salicylism-Dizziness,tinnitus,vertigo.
    8)Reye's Syndrome seen in children with viral influenza infection.
